For 17 years, SmartCell Communications has been serving Canada’s small, medium and Enterprise business markets. They have 50 employees and 16 locations in Ottawa, Mississauga, Newmarket, Burlington, Barrie, Peterborough, Sudbury, Windsor, and Southwestern Ontario with further expansion planned.

The Challenge

Roshan Rego, Regional Sales Manager, was seeking a resource to engage and motivate their sales reps as they were finding that pay was not enough to keep employees plugged-in or driven.
