This acquisition has led to the launch of a new integrated platform that marries Upduo's AI with Arcade's gamification system to create a comprehensive sales enablement tool. It features four main components: Coach AI for guided manager coaching, Train AI for associate practice, Certify AI for knowledge checks, and Gamified AI for motivation, all aimed at turning every store manager into a top-tier coach and every employee into a confident salesperson.
