Can I get a discount if I add more team members?
Absolutely. We charge based on a user-tiered system. Simply put — the higher number of employees, the cheaper your price per month.
Do I pay for unused users?
You are charged based on the number of seats or locations that you have purchased through your subscription agreement. You can add additional seats or locations at any time.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH methods for payment. Our payment system is built on Stripe, meaning you get the highest level of security for payment.
Do you charge for data integrations?
Our Pro and Enterprise licenses include basic integrations for connecting to spreadsheets, CSVs, or one of our preferred partners. Need something advanced? Contact us about a quote.
Are there any cancellation charges?
No, we do not have cancellation charges. And there are no data lock-ins. You are free to cancel your account anytime.
Can I get a discount if I am with a non-profit?
We offer discounts for non-profits and educational institutions (universities, schools, etc). Please contact us and we’ll work with you.
