Getting Started with Arcade

To contact Arcade Support, you can send an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Be sure to provide a detailed description of your issue and any relevant information to help the support team understand and address it.
Submitting a Support Request via the Feedback Widget:
Arcade provides a feedback widget on their app and desktop platforms. Locate the widget on the right side of the screen, and click on it to access the support request form. Include a description of your issue, along with screenshots or error messages when possible.
Support Hours and Response Time:
Arcade Support is available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm Central Standard Time. Keep in mind that response times may vary depending on the volume of requests.
Additional Assistance for Champions and Managers:
Champions and managers have the option to contact their dedicated Customer Success Manager for personalized support. If you are unsure of how to schedule time with a Customer Success Manager, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com requesting assistance.
