Getting Started with Arcade

As you begin to use Arcade Unlimited, we're here to provide you with information to help you along your journey.

Adding New Users to Arcade & Welcome Invites

As a Champion-level user, you can manually invite new users to Arcade at no additional cost. 

Adding new users: 

1. Log in to your Arcade account using your Champion-level credentials.

2. In the "Manage" section, locate and select the "Players" option. This will take you to the player management screen.

3. On the right side of the screen, you will find an "Invite" button. Click on this button to input player’s name, email address, and optional company identifier (This identifier can be any internal identifier you use to identify the user within your organization, such as an internal employee ID or username.)

4. Once invited, the new player will receive an email from Arcade inviting them to log into their account and set their password.

Other Information:

Accounts using the RTPOS or iQMetrix integration do not have to go through the manual process of adding new users. New users in these platforms will be automatically added to Arcade as long as there is an email address associated with their RTPOS or iQMetrix profile. If a player has been invited to Arcade but not yet logged in, you can select their player profile and select “resend welcome invite.” They will receive a new email in their inbox inviting them to access Arcade.
