Getting Started with Arcade

As you begin to use Arcade Unlimited, we're here to provide you with information to help you along your journey.
Refer to the docs below to help answer some questions about the features and functionality.

International Purchases

At the moment, Arcade only supports companies who operate in the United States and Canada.

Regardless of the country that your company operates in, all Arcade token purchases are made in USD. Your invoices and receipts will always be in presented (known as the *presentment currency*) in United States Dollars (USD), however the amount you are charged (and see on your bank statements) will be in your local currency.

Our credit card processor, Stripe, currently supports 135 currencies (known as the *charge currency*) globally. When you pay your Arcade invoice, Stripe instantly converts the total amount you owe to your local currency based on the current exchange rate, and completes the transaction seamlessly.

International Rewards

When a user redeems tokens in the Rewards Shop they will see rewards converted in their local currency based on recent conversion standards.

For example, for Canadian based companies, users will see Canadian rewards with applicable Canadian dollar redemption rates.
