Tokens are the digital currency awarded for game prizes, recognition stars, or awarded directly to players. All Arcade users can use tokens to purchase gift card rewards in the Rewards Shop.

All admins and managers can purchase tokens via the Manage tab by selecting “Buy Tokens” in the side navigation bar.

Enter the amount of tokens you would like to purchase in USD, and Arcade will translate that into tokens. Then select Review Purchase.

The Review Screen will show you how many tokens will be deposited into your account, in addition to confirmation of your one-time purchase in USD and what payment method will be utilized. Select purchase to complete your transaction.

Once tokens are purchased, the updated balance will appear in either company balance or a manager’s personal budget.

To view token purchase transactions, navigate to the “Transactions” tab in the side navigation bar.

Payment Methods for Token Purchases

Arcade accepts credit cards and ACH payments for token purchases. Both options can be added by selecting “add new payment method” on the Buy Tokens screens. There is no limit to the number of payment options that can be added.

Credit Card payments are subject to a 5% convenience fee. All credit card transactions are instant and the updated token balance will appear immediately within the company balance or manager token budget.

‍

There is no convenience fee charge for ACH transactions in Arcade. ACH transactions may take up to 5 days to complete. Purchasers will receive email confirmation when the purchased token amount is added to company or personal balance.
